This bar has so many layers, the cinnamon dark chocolate is swirled into the back of the milk chocolate. There is no pastry or dough in this bar, but the flavours so naturally mimic that it’s hard to believe.. An Oko Caribe 50% Milk chocolate base, with a 70% Peruvian dark chocolate swirled into the back. The Peruvian Cuencas beans have a beautifully natural spiced flavour profile, so with a little added cinnamon it tastes just like the centre of a cinnamon swirl.. Each bite different to the last, with the cinnamon pockets larger in some areas than others.. Hand made in Cornwall from bean to bar in small batches for maximum freshness. Presented in beautiful, plastic free packaging which is produced from recycled materials and is fully recyclable.. Pouch measures approximately 10cm wide x 17.5cm long - 70g.
