Designed for long, fast gravel races, Aspero-5 is for those who toe the start line with purpose, and aim to be in the group straightaway. Cervelo engineers like to say, "if it looks fast, it probably is". The cables are tucked neatly inside the stem and headtube, there’s a hint of a wheel cutout, and all of the tube shapes come from Cervelo's race-proven library of shapes. Lightweight Speed Some might say aero doesn’t matter on a gravel bike, but if you’ve battled a headwind across an open meadow, the thirty-two grams of drag you’ll save with the Áspero-5 come as a welcome respite. Most gravel racing is done without the benefit of a World Tour peloton—or World Tour tactics—and when it’s your nose in the wind all day, it’s nice to know your bike’s shouldering a bit of the load. Two-Position Adjustment Trail front-wheel response to rider input is the most critical factor in high-velocity handling. Flipping the two-position "Trail Mixer" to compensate for the difference in circumference between a 650b and 700c tyre maintains consistent handling by maintaining consistent trail figures. Cervelo Aspero GRX RX820 Carbon Gravel Bike - 2025 - Woodsmoke / 58cm
2999 GBP
In 2019, The Áspero took the gravel world by storm, heralding a "new era of speed in gravel" Fun, but flat out. The Áspero remains true to its original brief, but with some improvements: a threaded BB shell, neater cable routing, and a UDH-compatible derailleur hanger. And it’s more aero, of course. In the case of Áspero, aerodynamic performance is less about pure speed as a result of drag reduction, and more about conservation of energy. After a big day in a headwind, the three watts saved over the previous Aspero might add up to one less energy gel your stomach has to digest—WORTH IT. In addition to the drag reduction, Cervelo also dropped the seat stays to give a bit more compliance out back, and reduced front-end stiffness slightly to make the last hours of a long race less painful. Between those dropped seat stays, Cervelo added in a bit more clearance too, taking what they learned from previous bikes. It’s a lot of seemingly small improvements, but they add up to a lot. The result is a bike that feels a lot like the original Áspero, but is faster, more comfortable, and more versatile. Threaded Bottom Bracket Aspero uses the asymmetrical T47a threaded bottom bracket we pioneered on R5-CX. It’s a simple, rider-serviceable interface that allows us to deliver the benefits of BBRight in a more user-friendly form. Universal Derailleur Hanger Cervelo used SRAM’s Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) standard on the Aspero. It’s ideal if you want to live your best ‘business in the front, party in the back’ life with one of SRAM’s Transmission drivetrains today, and ensures compatibility for future drivetrain developments. Internal Cable Rounting Aspero shares the same bearing dimensions as R5, Soloist, R5-CX, and Caledonia, which means you can use any combination of bearing caps and stems. Want a super-racy, fully-internal look? Grab the ST31 and HB13 from R5. Frameset: Frame: Cervelo Carbon, TA. Fork: Cervelo All-Carbon, Tapered , TA. Wheels: Wheels: Fulcrum Rapid Red 300 - 700c. Cervelo R5 Force AXS Carbon Road Bike - 2025 - Permafrost / 58cm
4995 GBP
Glory comes in many forms: claiming the leader’s jersey, conquering a climb, pushing our limits while riding with friends. And beyond these physical trials, there is something more which drives us: our passion for the open road. R5 has one job, get to the top, fast. But for all the glory and fanfare that comes with a summit finish, they’re rarely the only climb of the day. And while a race isn’t usually won on a descent, they can certainly be lost. A climbing bike that can't carve a hairpin is a bit like a cup of decaf coffee. This is the fourth iteration of the R5, and while weight and stiffness have varied over the years, the handling, poise, and unmatched prowess on a descent have been consistent since day one. Faster In Every Direction The R5 frame is 130g lighter than the previous model, 16% reduction from an already-light frame. And while aerodynamics weren’t a focus with this frame the way they would be on an S5 or P5, bringing the cables inside reduced drag by 25g. Darker Than Night, Lighter Than Air The colour black may absorb all light, but Cervélo Five Black is anything but heavy. This ultra-minimal graphics and paint package results in a frame that’s significantly lighter—they’ll never even see you coming. Less Stiff, Still Fast The R5 is stiff, but not too stiff, the Goldilocks of climbing bikes if you will. Poise, stability, and power transfer that feels “just right” and keeps you fresh and ready to take on the road ahead. Turbulent Aero New to R5 this year is the Reserve 34 37 TA Wheelset. That TA stands for Turbulent Aero, a new way of thinking about aerodynamics. Reserve and Cervelo have developed a protocol by which we replicate real-world wind conditions, and develop airfoil shapes that perform better outside. This means a wheelset that’s not only light, stiff, and fast, but exceptionally stable and confidence inspiring in all wind conditions. Frameset Frame: R5, Carbon Fibre. Fork: R5, Carbon Fibre. Wheels Wheels: Reserve 34 37 TA, ZR1 Carbon - 700c. Tyres: Vittoria Corsa Pro G2.0 TLR - 700 x 26c. Drivetrain Gear/Brake Levers: Sram Force AXS - 12 Speed. Front Derailleur: Sram Force AXS. Felt Breed 1.5 Advanced GRX 820 Gravel Bike - Limited Edition - Matt Black / 58cm
1999 GBP
Bred for speed across any terrain. Gravel racing is rocky, dirty, muddy, brutal, and beautiful. It demands your unrelenting focus, unwavering commitment, and unbridled resolve. It’s a realm that wants nothing more than to slow you down, rewarding only those who push their bodies and equipment faster and farther in the pursuit of performance. The Breed Carbon is purpose-built for gravel racing, and it’s bred for speed across any terrain. It wants to kick up some dust, lead from the front, and fly as fast as possible. TaperLoc The Breed Carbon pushes you to ride faster and farther thanks to its unique TaperLoc seatpost system. When running a 27.2mm seatpost, the Breed Carbon can utilize its proprietary, vibration-damping sleeve to mitigate high-frequency bumps and terrain chatter. If you prefer your favorite 30.9mm seatpost, you're also good to go though without the sleeve. Dropper-ready Dropper posts rule. The ability to lower your seatpost at will means that you can quickly get it out of the way when flying down a white-knuckle descent. That's why the Breed Carbon can be outfitted with a 27.2mm dropper seatpost and still utilize its proprietary vibration-damping sleeve, or a 30.9mm dropper post without the sleeve. Get ready to experience a whole new level of handling prowess and capabilities. Massive Tyre Clearance Tyres often win races. Dialling in that perfect combination of low rolling resistance and optimal traction is what separates the champs from the also-rans. Able to run three different wheel sizes, the Breed Carbon can roll tyres up to 700x50mm, 650bx2.0", or 29"x2.0". Whatever your route demands, you can opt for the perfect set of rubber.
