Charcoal-Black Chippings are a dark-coloured decorative aggregate, formed from irregular shaped stone chippings. Deco-Pak do not artificially colour or dye their stone products. Despite having a grey appearance when dry, these are the darkest all-natural stone chippings available on the UK market, showing their full intensity when wet or after rain. Please be aware, such decorative aggregate products are not washed between quarry and home delivery. They will be delivered with an amount of surface sediment and will likely look a little different in colour when delivered. The sediment will wash off over time after rainfall, or you may choose to rinse them once spread to bring out the natural colour.These stone chippings are graded to approx.14mm, ideal for the coverage of garden borders and paths, providing a long lasting and low maintenance surface.Delivered in a bulk bag on a pallet onto a solid surface only, approximately 850kg / 0.60m3 of Charcoal-Black Chippings aggregate is supplied.Charcoal-Black Chippings are also suitable for water feature/pond use, however, we suggest washing off sediment before placement in water, to prevent unwanted sediment in your water feature or pond.
