The thermometer operates through the range of +300 to +1372°C, with a 0.1°C or 1°C resolution and ±0.4°C ±0.1% accuracy. It is also simple to use and has been designed with an easy to read, LCD display with open circuit error, hold and low battery indication. The thermometer is powered by 3 x AAA batteries (not supplied), giving a minimum of five years battery life.
