The spindle and valve are designed to give a very exact and quick flame setting. It has an ergonomically designed plastic `soft feel` composite handle, and all metal partsare made of high quality brass. The handle has a standard fitting which allows you to use the neck tube that is most suitable for your application. Operates with either Propane or Butane Gas - Burns with a hotter flame using Propane - always ensure the correct regulator is used. Flame size and intensity are altered by a combination of the burner head used and the gas regulated through the burner using the knob on the handle. Please note - It is advisable to switch off at the gas bottle before the torch handle. This allows all the gas to burn from the tube and burner and prevents malfunction, usually caused by a build up of crystallized gas in the burner, blocking the jets.
